Welcome to Room 1 Jaguars. I was so happy to meet all of you. I hope you are having a nice long weekend and I look forward to us continuing to get to know each other.
This week we will practice saying our names, writing our names and counting the letters in our name.
We will continue to talk about rules and procedures and especially about ROAR - respect, outstanding effort, acting safely and responsibility.
We will read several books to help us understand our school rules. We will also read Brown Bear and work on several color projects during the week.
We will learn how to work in stations and how to rotate to different stations during our math block.
Parents - if there is anyone who objects to having their child's picture posted on the internet, please let me know.
One other reminder - when sending in money please let us know what it is for - lunch, book fair, scholastic. Thanks so much.
