This week during our literacy block we will continue to learn about money. We will learn about the difference between needs and wants. We will write about things we need and some things we want.
In math we will be working with number stories, shapes, counting by 2's and coins.
We will begin our wood unit for science this week. We will talk about what wood is and identify some things that are made of wood.
We are continuing our read aloud of "Crenshaw."

Our star student this week is Noemi.
REMINDERS
Report cards will be going home on Friday. I look forward to meeting with everyone to discuss your child's progress.
Please remember to return permission slips, if you haven't done so already, for our field trip to the Ferguson Library on Monday, March 14th.
